さっそく、これまで試したサプリメントの結果を報告していきます。
 Im going to report  about a resolt of supplement.
今日紹介するのは、「Cleanse Splash」です。
今はやりのクレンズダイエットってやつですね。

おかんが、ホンマでっか！TVで取り上げられてるのを見たとかで、意気揚々と勧めてきました。
My mother recommend it. she knew this because it's intoroduced in TVshow called "Honmadekka! TV"

体から幼稚園児消え去るぐらい減るようですね。
this weight is like kindergarden student!!!
ちなみに私の健康診断の結果、適正体重が55とかだったんで、かなり近づけるんですね。（現在77.8キロ）
By the way, According to general check up, My best weight is maybe 55kg.
so I can be ideal.
今年こそ私の腹筋を世に出してあげることができそうです。
And If its true I can show the world my six packs!!
 
 
期間も1週間ほどで結果が出るということで、試してみました。
then I try this supplement.
実施期間は、１/30～2/5で食前がいいとのことで、朝食前に飲みました。
for 1 week, I drink it every morning before breakfast.
体重の測定は寝起き直後に計りました。
And checking my weight did after the weke up.

商品の説明では10グラムで満腹感を出して、食事制限効果があるということと
ナトリウムの排出を行うらしく、余分な水分を排出するとのことで、体重が減るらしいんですね。
In products explanation ,they write " you can get full ,regardless to low cal"
So everybady can lose the weight.
 
使用した感じ味はおいしいです。
The taste is nice.
キウイのスムージーって感じでした。
good kiwi juice!!
 
そして軽く読み飛ばしていたんですが、10グラム当たり38.75kcal。
And I didn't look careful. It's 38.75kcal a per 10g.
カロリーだけで見たら、コーラの10倍ぐらいあります。
 it is about 10times higher than a coke.
ていうかそもそもなんですけどね。

結果を振り返ると、初日に激減、その後上昇を続けました。
 Look this result again, my weight was big down after that grow up....
運動の量は前週と変わらず、飲み会の回数も同じでした。
 by the way, excezeing time and drinking time are same as last week.

これ以外飲んでなかったのではないかと思われます。

 I plan to write a result of using supplement and introduce. 
私は2017年2月9日現在23歳体重77.6キロ、身長167.5センチです。
Im 23.weight is 77.6kg and height is 167.5cm.(now:2017/2/9)
合コンいったらがっかりされますし、バスや電車では隣に誰も座ってもらえません。
Im not popular to girls.In addition, if I sit in a bus or a train, nobady sit next to me.
いわゆるチビデブのブスです。
 so,Im fat and not handsome.

さらに社会人1年目の私は昨今の電通や三菱電機等にみられるように新卒で入社した会社が合わず、便秘なるわ、血尿が出るわ、急性胃炎なるわ、突如サバアレルギーなるわ、体調を崩してしまいました。
And I started working last April. My company is not good. everybady is not kind.The company didn't pay money for overwork. So I had many bad things. constipation, hematuria, acute gastritis and mackerel allergy......

 
中も外も悪くなったなら私はどうしたらいいんですか。
 what can I do?? Im not good both inside a outside...
そんなこともあり、様々な健康食品やサプリメントを試すようになりました。
 So, I start to try healthy life and sapplement!
皆さんも感じているかと思いますが、正直健康食品のレビューは嘘くさいです。
実際のところどうなん？っていうのが本音だと思います。
 Everybody notices many of review about sapplement are lier.
酵素ダイエットだとか、一週間で体重が１０キロ落ちるとか、がんが治るとか
うんこもりもり出るとか、毛が生えるとか、身長が伸びるとか・・・・・・
they say " you can down the 10kg for 1 week!" "kill the cancer!"....so many.

 
ほんまなら金出すわいって感じですよね。
If its true, I really want it.
なんで自身で試せる範囲ではありますが、結果を共有したいと思います。
So I make my review and share it.
 
あくまで私にとってではありますが、同じような悩みのブスたちの役に立てればと思います。
